The pilot flying j worker said they had a policy you can’t be standing around and waiting. Even though he knew I was waiting for a shower. I guess I’ll go and wait and idle my truck even though Diesel is expensive.

This is only partly Pilot's fault. Look none of these trucks are even getting fuel and not moving over as well. I've been waiting for 35 min. And no one is moving. When I called they said they will asked the drivers to move but nothing happened.

I was routed to this location by a family member. I’m here sleeping in my personal vehicle since gas is so expensive. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why this place was recommended. Not enough parking for us smaller vehicles, let alone for the big trucks & they need it more than we do… Showers don’t work & fountain drinks taste like the machines haven’t been cleaned in years, if ever. Drivers, do yourselves a favor & find another place.

BEWARE!!!! Avoid getting gas here unless they start doing tap to pay on the pumps. I checked for skimmers and STILL got fraudulent charges on my card! Inside job???? I don’t know. I helped someone else out with gas on their pump and the screen said “see cashier”. Should have known something was up then. Got $150 fraudulent charges. Yeah should have just waited until I got on IH-10 to fill up. Most of the gas stations on that route seem less sketchy than this one. Moral of the story: Use tap to pay if you can on the pumps. Also, TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS.
