Comfort Inn Pomona Near Fairplex

Back in April we stayed there for 2 nights when i came home and unpacked i noticed my ARMANI COLOGNE WAS missing.. (recommendation) if you stay in this place make sure you double check for all your belongings before you pack and leave!!

Hardly any channels on the TV worked . I dropped something in the bathroom and when i went to retrieve it, the corners under sink had so much crumbs and trash, I gasped. The carpet along the walls near bed had spaces with more crumbs. And I could of sworn I heard what sounded like tiny movements in the wall between the closet and the bed. Also could use new couches that aren't so icky .other then that it's alright

Used the Comfort Suite app and chose the most expensive hotel in the area. This hotel should not be part of the Comfort Suite brand. Maybe Quality Inn at best. The room was clean but the hotel was not. The hallways stunk and had garbage piled everywhere and the cable tv didn't work in my room and I was told they would send someone at 6:00am to fix it. I'm almost positive that's because there wasn't anyone onsite. They left note on front desk saying all rooms were booked and left. Pretty sure I don't need tv an hour before I check out. So I wake up at 1:00am and go to get a soda out of the machine and they are warm and almost hot. For me this was the icing on the cake so I gathered my things and left. Paid $180.00 I expect to at least be able to watch tv. I don't know how they got a 4star rating but I know it's not from people who actually stayed there.

This place was nice. The staff were attentive to our special needs and the room was super nice. Two things that stopped it from getting 5 stars. First, they simply did not offer any smoking rooms. We had to go outside to smoke or suffer a $250.00 cleaning fee. And second, there were no staff at the desk or on the facility after midnight. Otherwise, i would highly recommend this place. The beds were super comfy.
