Awfully organized, front door is not operating and the facade is dirty , trashed out, neglected, It looks like a Halloween horror movie set. The ATM outside is wide in the open offering not security for the ATM users . The Drive Through ATM does not offer any any security either. Beware that you can be easily robbed and worse you can easily get hurt and robbed. There is a rear entrance and a long line to get in. There are 3 windows open and security is minimum inside. As always Wells Fargo will try to make a profit out of you . So if you are not a client , Wells Fargo Will try to charge you 10 dollars to cash a check out . It does matter if the check was issued by them. Unsafe, unfriendly ... Do your banking business online and stay home. Going outside nah It is not worth it

Service is good. Compare to other Banks the wait is just to long. Not sure if it is because it's Pomona but other Banks have more people working and every time I have to come to this one it's always the same problem to many people waiting in line. Back again here and just to cash a check I been in line for 34 m and still waiting. I will need to cancel my account here and go some were else ways too slow service

There is always lines Every time the wait is always more than 15-20min wait but this time that I went in to do a wire transfer waited in line just to be told at the register she would not be able to help me since they were short staffed And there was no one else that could help me. Asked for a manager there was no manager at the time he was at lunch I spoke to Christina who was in charge at the time (what she said ) asked if they could help me on the app she said they were short staffed and to call there customer service

No complaints about customer service.... but it is ALWAYS slow AF here. Gotta wait 20 minutes minimum every time but they'll have like 4 or 5 tellers at the windows... this is the only Wells Fargo near me but also the slowest of all the Wells Fargo banks I've ever been to.
