My first impression very friendly people but they don't seem to know what they're doing took my fifth wheel camper in March needed the bedroom slide fix it was leaking having trouble with landing gear told him to go ahead and fix that while they had it . They replaced the landing gear motor and gear they called me and said it was working but not as good as they thought it it should. They recommend replacing the landing gear and/or adding another moter . I told them I would wait on that option and would be in to pick it up when I got there to pick it up it would not even raise up to go on my truck. We agreed they would do that if l paid for the part's they wouldn't charge me for labor . They did both still not working properly l went ahead picked it up even though I had to hand crank it up , I am a full timer and needed my home back first night it poured down rain and my bedroom slide was leaking worse I took it back to them basically through miscommunication they hadn't replaced any seals or fixed leaks at all they put the slide out sprayed water on it while I was there and seen where the leak were at told me they would take care of it when I went to pick it up I had to crank the camper back up loaded on my truck they didn't charge me for the landing gear but I paid $3,000 for the work they did do and still nothing works the camper still leaks and I figured out what was wrong with the landing gear myself very disappointed

It’s been a bit of a process with our purchase. Totally our doing. We went in at some point in April to just peruse and get a general idea. We are/were first timers. Having only stayed in a 5th wheel twice in our lives. We decided Saturday which one we wanted and picked it up today. So far we are loving it! I have to give a huge shout out to Tony. He was great throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to James, Brent and Eric.

Very good experience the other RV dealer the big one in town is horrible!!!!! these guys know how to treat a customer. Very very good deals very knowledgeable the whole experience was quite good ask for Tony he's awesome!!!!

Want to thank Scott and Brent. Had a great experience with trading and getting new camper. Also thank you to all the guys in garage area for everything. Transferring hitch from old to new and then everything from under carriage storage to new camper. Thanks again and can't wait to use the new one.
