Only one star because I can't give it zero. Right off the bat, place is grimy, sketchy people in the parking lot, flashing lights. The stank woman at the front desk forced us to get a bigger room even though the one we had RESERVED was available, she wanted to save it for someone else even though we were physically there first. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do yourself a favor and stay LITERALLY anywhere else!! UPDATE AFTER CHECKING IN: I could not even get the door open, I had to slam my body into it. Room smelled disgusting, and I began checking over the room. Burn holes In one comforter and a weird red stain. Drawers are stained up. I scoot the fridge out to see if anything was behind it and was greeted by a bunch of garbage and A BAG OF SYRINGES!! I then go check out the sink and look at the coffee supplies only to find ANOTBER NEEDLE IN WITH THE COFFEE STUFF!! This is unacceptable and this place should be shut down!! STAY AWAY

At check in our reservation had been canceled, so we needed to rebook the room. There are several doors missing. The first room we walked into smelled of smoke even though it was labeled as non smoking. We were given another room. They upgraded us to 2 king beds( bonus?). This room didn't smell as bad. Definitely did a check for bed bugs. Luckily there weren't any. Only 2 dingy bath towels and 2 wash cloths in the room. Needed to ask for more. No tissues and only one cup. The coffee packet for the coffee maker was already open. Heard a dog barking outside our window during the night. Air-conditioning rattled loudly. Cobwebs, dust, and dog hair were in many places around the room. The front desk never had anyone there. Another guest was waiting to get towels that he had to put around his toilet because it leaked every time it was flushed. Continental breakfast options consisted of coffee, juice, and 3 sad apples as the only options. This place is a run down, poorly managed property and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Do NOT stay here. Property is trashy, security doors don’t work, cameras were broken and hanging, half the rooms had doors that were literally ** smashed in and off the hinges. ** I’m assuming SWAT rammed them down as they are smashed and pulled off the hinges and just laying in the floors of the empty rooms. They haven’t even tried to clean or cover it up. Our room had no towels or toilet paper. No breakfast or Wi-Fi as advertised clearly on their sign out front. No elevator. The toilet apparently was used and left dirty. Screaming children, and then screaming arguing adults. I knew I was getting bare bones, but this was beyond ridiculous. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The staff was great. ... The hotel was HORRIBLE!! There was no toilet paper in the entire hotel and I had no towels in the room There were over 5 doors off the hinges AND someone knocked at my door at 12:15 a.m. Safe to say I won't EVER go there again
