I, too, am surprised by the negative reviews. We have had an Impressa J5 for quite a few years and it has been a rock solid performer - so much better than our two previous Saeco’s that only lasted a few years. Our drip tray recently broke and customer support was great - I had a replacement one in a day at less than a third the price that third party vendors quoted! I did give up waiting on hold one day, but called back the next morning just after they opened and got right through.

Check the inside of your machines because MOLD!!!!!!! I have alerted customer service to this issue numerous times and never gotten anything back. If you or anyone you know has a Jura throw it in the trash…and put your money towards a product and company that actually cares!

Kind of torn between giving this product 1 star or 5 star. So I chose 3... Originally purchased the Jura model 259 hot water glass kettle and within a year the lid Broke. I called the company and they promptly sent a replacement Kettle. It has been almost a year and the replacement kettle broke in the "exact" same spot. Other than this defective part and possible safety issue the kettle has worked fine. So... 1 star for the product and 5 stars for customer service. If somebody from the company reads this post, my order number was 721752

This company sells coffee grinders that fall apart on you. When emailed about the grinder falling apart they will refuse to replace the product or even send a replacement part so you can fix it. Very poor customer service relations and very poor workmanship on the products they sell.

I don’t know. Sur La Table shops usually have some on display

I have gone twice through the descaling process as the first cycle did not seem the conclude normally... Now, the screen displays the refill water tank notice, though it is full! What happened? How can I avoid this in the future? Is there a reset?
