Pool and hot tub are very clean and enjoyable. Dog park is large and has two sections. Resort is very nice to walk around, very enjoyable experience. Pull through spots are very spacious and easy to park in. Most spots come with a patio anchored to the ground on the camp side of the spot.

We stayed at this camp ground for one month and never complained about how horrible the water smelled. It was so bad we bought bottled water for our dogs. We were going to stay another month but then my husband needed heart surgery this came 3 days after we paid for the the whole next month now I know policy’ is policy, no refunds but heart surgery how about a death in the family I mean it is just a heartless place. Then when you call about this they lie and say manager not in for a whole month come on! Finally get to talk to him and he said we sign it nothing he could but then he passed the buck to his higher up, and we never got called back! Karma usually gets back at people like this! I wish nothing bad, but beware of this place The water was so bad it was hard to show er because then you smelled like the water rotten eggs!

While I have not stayed at the resort, I was there for an event. This place was beautiful and is tucked away nicely - you would miss it if you weren't looking for it. The grounds were lovely and the facilities were nice looking as well as clean.

Not worth the price, grounds not kept, no security, or service at any time. Prices start at 2800 for a spots in the floodway zone, 3800 for higher areas, and 5000 for the 'concrete' areas, nothing else except a spot to park. People always running their lawn mowers at all times during the day during the weekend, no real relaxing time. Bathrooms are dirty. Horrible managemt, what you would expect from Zeman homes. Only saving grace of this place is some of the people camping are nice and neighbourly.
