The staff remember you and make an effort to check up on you the entire time you're there, so you never feel sidelined or forgotten. As someone with serious anxiety, this is important to me! I never write reviews but I seriously love this place so much, I felt compelled.

Was denied care without a warning! I was unable to do consistent sessions due to travel and work load. I was told abruptly that the claims can't get through insurance since I didn't do 10 sessions/month on the last visit. I was never told that was a criteria to meet insurance to accept the claims! Not an email or a phone call to inform that this was the case. The therapist and assistants were good with the diagnosis and treatment but doesn't mean that you cut off a patient in need without warning!
