Absolutely horrible experience. Provider never shows up on time (30-45 minutes late) and completely missed my appointment today. Sometimes they even charge for a no show when the PROVIDER is the one who did not show. Billing department is useless and bills me for appointments that never happened or where the provider did not show. Will be going somewhere else immediately.

Absolute failure of a business on multiple levels. I Originally started as a patient during Covid and was overall happy with the service. Unfortunately my original doctor had left the practice so I was transferred to a new doctor. The new doctor was extremely rude, including being 20min late to 30 min virtual appointments, and was clearly uninterested in listening to any thoughts on my own care. After switching me to a new medication, I experienced adverse side effects, however, they were no practitioners able to offer any feedback or appointments for at least another 6 weeks. This was the final straw, and I decided to leave the practice. I confirmed my bills were paid (Dec 2021), and found a much better fit in a new doctor. However, I am just now receiving a bill from services rendered in April 2021, and denied by insurance in July of 2021. While I acknowledge I am fiscally responsible for the bill, it is completely predatory and irresponsible to mishandle a bill this poorly. This was exasperated by poor handling of this matter by the billing department. I will be filing a formal complaint as it is ridiculous to mishandle the situation so poorly and then go as far as to place entire blame on the consumer without accepting any responsibility or remorse for multiple process failures.

Terrible experience and I never even got in for an appointment. Sent in a new patient request via their website, took them forever to call and when they finally did call, I was told they would need a few days to find an opening. After a week of no response, I called again and was sent straight to voicemail. Then as of today, I called again and they told me that I need to “come to the office” to make an appointment. This isn’t the 18th century, I’m pretty sure we’re all capable of making an appointment over the phone. Don’t come here if you have any mental health struggles and anxiety, because they won’t understand them from the get-go. I’ve never seen an office that takes 3 weeks to “schedule” an appointment and never have any contact with you during that time until It is forced, only to find out that I (apparently just me, because before today they had no problem with phone scheduling) have to “go to the office” to make the appointment. Would not recommend to anyone and I’ll be taking my struggles somewhere that genuinely wants to help. (In regards to the response from the business. I made it very clear I already sent in new patient paperwork and we had agreed for someone to set an appointment up for me and call me back. I never heard anything and when I called again they told me I HAD to come to the office to make an appointment and that I could not over the phone. I will not drive 30 minutes to the office to make an appointment. That’s the most absurd thing I think I’ve ever heard.)

Great question! We are always expanding community health opportunities and there may be possibilities for volunteers. We may develop a peer support training program as well. Give us a call!

We are not in network with Medicaid unfortunately. We accept most major private insurers. I believe NCBH and Daymark are in medicaid
