I had too wait for almost an hour and still no one would wait on.me I was contacted by a service person th s t he was ready to help me,but was waiting on someone else. So I waited another 15 minutes and still no Shannon. So I left Very disappointed.

They mess up my account EVERY time I go in there to add a phone. Business class service is a misnomer. They put the new phone on the wrong billing plan after assuring me it was on the correct one. They also are charging me installments on a phone they said was free and they added some security service to my account without asking, further increasing my bill. What a mess. Takes months to get the billing fixed as well. You can never get them on the phone in the store. The national call center is unable to help because the store makes the errors. It causes prorations to the bill if national call center attempts to fix it. I have to leave multiple VM messages for people in that store over several days to get a call back. Or I have to go to the store and wait for 2 hours while they try to correct the problems they caused. I am not kidding when I say every time I go in to that store, they mess up my account. Horrible service, and they continue to make mistakes that cost me time and money. So much for business customers being treated well. They just do not understand what they are doing. Find another location to get services.

No, but wait times are often excessive in my opinion.
Yes you can book appointments in the app or online. They are usually a few days out, you would do better to look at the slow times and go in or order on the phone. Due to COVID-19, stores are short staffed and sometimes closed.
They clean between customers. You have wear a mask. The people who work there wear masks and gloves so not to contaminate our devices.

Only if you have both phones in active status, meaning the ability to make calls. You can still use the secondary phone for web purposes whin using WiFi.
