I visited Jared in Mebane NC looking to do an upgrade on my wife's bridal ring. Our salesperson Yessica T. Was very patient and knowledgeable. She allowed us to take our time, no pressure to look around and come to a decision. Nothing was purchased on the first visit, but we did create a wish list for later contact . The items on our wish list became available at a better price and 3 weeks later Yessica followed up with us and we purchased. Also purchased a ruby necklace, earring and ring set for my granddaughters graduation gift. I will return in the future . Thank you YessicA!!!.

I ordered a ring in store at the end of March spent over $200 was a size 7 had to send off and have resized to a 9 . I called last week to get update on ring and was told it was not ready that expected delivery was April 7th . And whoever I talked to that day I remember telling them I worked full time and if I came it would be on a weekend that I live in Kernersville. So I called today to make sure it was being shipped back to their store tomorrow and spoke with Jessica (manager) she then tells me that I told them to send ring back and to not resize ?!? I let her know that I never once called and told them to do that . That it makes absolutely no sense for me to that after they have had the ring for weeks . I then asked to speak to someone above her she told me thatJamie was not there and then tells me he was and was helping a customer that he would call me back . He then calls me back an hour later or so and tells me he is trying to get both sides of the story that in the notes that’s what he sees that I requested to send back to store and not resize . That his only resolution was to put emergency on it and hopefully have by this weekend . Um no I asked for my money back and will never in my life stop at this careless store every again !! They obviously do not care about their customers especially how much I’ve spent total with Jared’s company . I have contacted corporate and put in a case with their department . Picture updated is from today not once was I even called letting me know of cancellation guess they was just going to keep the money I spent glad I asked for a refund .

Jamie is the best! I can recommend shopping with this gentleman, hes very knowledgeable, experienced and genuine.
