Roanoke Station Parking Garage

I payed for parking and they ticketed me anyways. They clearly knew that I had payed and still decided to ticket me. I will not be parking my car here and will make other arrangements in the future. Avoid.

This parking garage is unsafe, not lit, and filthy dirty. The stairwells are unsafe to use, are gross and smell like feces. Mounds of trash in corners that you can tell has been there for an extended amount of time. The payment method is not well marked and hard to use. Its a disgrace to Roanoke as it is the only long term parking option for the Amtrak station. We can do better and so can the city and/or owners of the garage.

Was charged a "convenience " fee, because they say I did not register or I had ended my stay. Not true, charged me and extra $3.00 per day! I contacted them on their site as they instructed, but received no response. Not a great place to park. The elevator has been inoperable for years, so you have to take stairs (carrying luggage...) on a stairwell that is trashy, and terrible odor... smells strongly of urine (also brown stuff on the floor...didn't get close to see exactly was it was???) Very tight entrance and ramp....spaces poorly marked. Wonder if this garage meets codes. The Train platform/station is well kept...the city should check out this garage... Not a good reflection on the city...and probably is a health hazzard.

Not a good place to park. A lot of questionable people hang out around there all day and night. Smells like urine, uncleaned. Someone stole my license plate off my car once, and a leather bag off my motorcycle another time.
