Current review: This place used to be good-worth driving 45 Minutes to get to…but the past two times I have had an appointment scheduled they have cancelled due to lack of a hygienist in the office (although other people’s appointments were kept). They didn’t reschedule for a date right around the corner, no, months out. They also have given less than 24 hours cancellation notice so I guess they have stopped valuing their customers time and business. Disappointing, as we had switched to this place and initially been happy there. Initial review below: My kids love Lane and associates so I have it a first try today and really feel like they know what they are doing better than other places I have visited in the past 5+ years. We drive 30 minutes to go here. They take our Medicaid insurance. Worth the drive and we will continue coming back. I’ve even set up an appointment for the newest member of the family. My kids call this “the good dentist”....they even leave in a good mood and make no fuss about coming for cleaning.

This place is a joke. They have canceled on my wife 4 times and once for me. The worst part is they wait until the day before your appointment. They will hang up on you in the middle of your call. Not very business like.

I’ve been a lane and associates patient for over 10 years. I used to go to the location in Cary no issues. I moved to mebane and have had nothing but issues here. The last two times I’ve gone they can’t seem to schedule anything right. My last visit in February I had a simple cleaning and it took over 1 hr 45 minutes before the doctor came in for the exam. Today I went in for 6 month cleaning and the receptionist informs me the hygienist isn’t there. I arranged my entire day around the appointment. The 3 people working behind the desks don’t have the decency to call to reschedule their patients. Absolutely pathetic customer service .
