They messed up my child's personal pizza and then would not refund my money. Instead they offered me a credit for a child's pizza next time I came in which I accepted. However when I tried to use my credit they said they would not honor it. Not only that the owner proceeded to throw it away stating he would rather throw it away than give it away, impling we are trying to get something for free. The owner can keep his child's pizza and I will never spend another dime at Marios Rock Hill. I highly recommend EMPIRE PIZZA. ****response to reply**** First, no one ever communicated there was a 90 day window. I asked if there was a time frame to come in and was told no. Second, you do not honor your word, correct your mistakes, and are all around very rude to your customers when "YOU" make a mistake. To add insult to injury there is a google log a mile long of your condescending responses for all to see, further proving my point. Lastly, I hope you are giving that ridiculous "PICK UP FEE" to your servers, as most will assume it is a gratuity and not tip them on togo orders. Have a fantastic day!!!

The only problem with this place is when you try to view the menu online it goes to Marcos pizza. And now the owner for some reason has taken away the daily specials. This will be the last time I dine here.
