Roughly 2 months ago I went to be evaluated for the corrective surgery. The lady I dealt with told me the actual Dr was not in for personal reason but she could do all the testing etc for the Dr to look over. So all that was performed and was told I the Dr would contact me no later than the following Monday. Well that Monday passed and no phone call. Another weeks passes no call. I call the office they say they would get back with me. 2 more weeks pass no call. I email them at this point and inquire letting them know I have not received a phone call 2 months later. To this day still no response of any kind by phone or email. If ya don't want my business just say say. I lost half a days wages going to there to be ingnored and getting no information whatsoever on a procedure I was a Tually looking forward to. Poor pitiful service if you ask me. It is sadi I follow up 2 times to be completely ignored. I guess they have more money than they need. So I would not recommend them at all

Last Thursday I had an appointment scheduled for a consultation. I miss half a day of work to make the 1.5 hour drive there. I was told the appointment would take 2 hours and my eyes would be dilated so I had to arrange childcare so my husband could drive me. I get there 30 minutes early, they took me right in. When a worker came in the room she thought I had already had lasik, I said no, that's why I'm here. She said she needed to go check my chart. When she came back apparently they had someone else' stuff in my chart, said she corrected that. Strike one. Then she told me the doctor wasn't in but she could do the testing to see if I was a candidate and that he would call me on Monday. My appointment was over before my scheduled time. Now we are over two weeks past my appointment date and nobody has called me. I took off half a day of work, drove 3 hours round trip for basically nothing.

New Management does NOT honor lifetime warranty for clients before the 2020 buyout. That is a tragedy and makes the company "look" terrible. If you thought enough to buy the company due to covid losses, you should be thoughtful enough to stand by the company warranty for patients who've had their Lasik in your clinics. This is beyond corrupt and there needs to be accountability on behalf of this organization. Again, anyone who paid thousands before the 2020 buyout is screwed as the new owners couldn't care less about the promises made on behalf of the company that they now own. Shameful...
