Can non-residents park here to access the fishing pier ? If not is there any place to park for non residents?

When you enter West Marina there is a lot directly to your right, that's the one. Just know that the Fishing Pier closes at dusk and you can receive a trespassing ticket for being there at night, and a parking ticket on your car. Only people allowed to park overnight are boat owners that have the marina permit.

is the fishing pier at the west marina lido beach open now or it's still under construction? thank you for anyone who can answer my question.

They are still working there but I think you can fish if you want to.
