Contacted them initially and they were responsive. They ended up being late and not showing up. They give me a heads up which I appreciated. However they did not show up for the follow up appointment. I tried scheduling one more time. Their automated scheduling software made it clear I had scheduled an appointment however they failed to show up for a third time. Their voice mail box is full so I have no way of contacting them and they were unresponsive to my emails and texts. Very disappointing especially since a friend recommended them to me.

Nate of N & N Electric did all the wiring for our new hot tub. I would recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgeable and professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. Great job Nate! Thanks so much!

Initially rated 5 stars. Now dropping to 1. Came out for a free estimate - i was satisfied. Didn’t do any work but recommended changing outlets. $140 seemed very steep for the 15 minute visit. Waited over a month to send an invoice. In the …Hello very sorry to hear Alexander, I show that we invoiced shortly after the appointment but have not heard back until recent payment. We tried email, USPS and text message of invoice with no luck. We also are very upfront about our 1.5 hour minimum as with travel, business overhead, insurance etc... we wouldn't be in buisness very long without having a minimum. Sorry it did not work out and if there is something we can do please let us know as the last thing we want is an unhappy customer.

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy company. The electrician did not waste time solving the issues with my remodel. I was thankful and relieved to have a company like this. I have used them again and would recommend them.

N & N Electric suggest a dedicated circuit for refrigerators. They have an extensive amp draw. They should not be GFCI protected like a lot of receptacles found in kitchens and garages. A dedicated circuit will protect your freezer or fridge from being tripped and destroying anything inside.
