My wife and I visited your clinic today and I am very disappointed with the interaction we received. My wife had Covid and knew this when coming to your clinic. She even told the person on the phone that she had tested positive recently. The lady came out, swabbed her nose, then came back out and said “You are positive, you are supposed to be in quarantine. We can’t help you here. You can go the ER and see if they will help”. First of all, no, per CDC guidelines, my wife was out of the required quarantine period. Her first symptom was Thursday night of last week. Today, she was completely symptom free. Per the CDC, after 5 full days from your first symptom and with no symptoms or improving symptoms in a mild case, you no longer have to quarantine. My wife was wearing a mask (per CDC guideline) which she will continue to do up to day 10 or two negative covid tests. We were there completely unrelated to Covid. My wife has been having vomiting, a low grade fever, and pain when she eats for multiple weeks now. Last night was worse vomiting, so we decided to come see you all instead of going to the ER (the whole point of urgent care). So we were there, following CDC guidelines, seeking non-covid help, and were told we should have been in quarantine and that you all can’t help us. To top it all off, the lady that was so concerned with my wife’s prior covid case that she didn’t even bother to ask further details, but instead decided to be brash in her assumptions had her mask pulled below her chin when she was at our car window talking to her. You call can do better than this. We don’t drive to the other side of the county and pay a copay for fun.

Doctors are great. Nurses are excellent. Unfortunately, the young receptionist can and will put you on hold for 23 minutes and then hang up on you while you wait in the parking lot. I brought this to her attention as nicely as possible and she just stared at me. Irritating.

Such a kind and caring staff. We are from out of town . They were able to get my husband in and help him with no issues. SO VERY THANKFUL TO THE STAFF. KUDOS for making my husband feel comfortable and cared for. Yall helped save his life.
