Tried taking my daughters who havent slept in two days on a Sunday at 5pm. They have fevers and have been crying saying their ears hurt. Google says this office close at 6. I called when I pulled into the parking lot to make sure we could be seen and the girl said yes. As I’m walking to the door a lady says “we just closed ma’am”. I asked if she could just ask if the doctor could make an exception for my daughters since I suspect ear infections and it would be super quick. She wouldn’t even ASK. That’s all I wanted her to do was just ask. Now my only other option is an ER which is ridiculous for ear infection. I’m so frustrated and exhausted that this employee couldn’t show any empathy for a mom with two small children.

Awful!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I mean if you want to wait for hours and never be seen then this is your place. Terrible!! Go somewhere else.

The nurse and doctor’s assistant were unprofessional. They blew off my concern, didn’t wear gloves, or wash/sanitize their hands (even when handing me Motrin). This was by far the worst care I’ve ever received at this location. There are too many ailments going around for this type of carelessness. The receptionists were great, but I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone in need of care.

Date 08-08-22 time 8pm. Terribly and rude front desk staff ! I'll been waited on my wife in waiting room 2 hours and about 9pm (open to 10pm) they closed all doors so I told one woman from desk office I need go outside bring some medical documentation, food etc. and I will be back After I back they didn't want to open me door and pickup or wait for my wife so I called for desk office and told them please open door because I need pick up my wife and the lady said we are closed and hang up the phone so I called for police because I was worried of my wife . GREAT PATIENT SATISFACTION !!!

I think they do, yes.
If you don't have insurance and it's $207 to be seen by them they can cut you a discount which is $140 with insurance you just get stuck with a co-payment whatever the insurance copayment is based on your deductible
Be mindful that MD360 is an emergency room type of environment. If you still suffer from the same symptoms you should go to your personal physician.
If GHS takes it, MD360 will.
This is part of GHS. I dont believe they use volunteers here. But call to be sure
I don't think so. Sorry.
