Hi Joseph, when SOS becomes your propane provider, we will place your current tanks to the side. Your former provider can then pick them up. If you need us to replace tanks that you own, we can do that as well and dispose of them. SOS does not remove tanks unless you become an SOS Customer. Hi Mr. Fletcher, that’s a great question. In short, prices of equipment, labor, fuel, and parts continue to increase. For full transparency, this is our first major price increase on our Xtreme Plan in over six years. We’ve done our research by evaluating different competitor plans. We believe our Xtreme Plan is the most comprehensive and straightforward service plan in the area. Included in the service plan is your annual tune-up, a $249 value. You'll receive no charge on repairs, labor, and service fees. Plus our Xtreme Plan covers a comprehensive list of over 107 Major parts. Last but not least our No Heat, VIP Priority Emergency Service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, weekends and holidays. That includes No Hot Water emergencies from 7 am to 8 pm.
