Randy, John, and staff bend over backwards to please.

The mail carriers are reckless drivers and rude. I passed one in my neighborhood which made him angry apparently as he proceeded to zoom past my driveway almost hitting me, and skipped my house. I tried to call the post office but wasn’t able to speak to a real person.

I had live chicks delivered via USPS and these folks gave excellent customer service during the process. They called me before opening so I could come get them immediately and were very friendly. I appreciate it!

I wish I could give ZERO stars... I've lived in Lewisville for 5 years, and in Winston Salem for 35 years prior, and have NEVER experienced a more inept and unqualified group of people operating a business in my life. Where do I even begin... 1) I get the wrong house's mail at least once a week, usually more often than that. 2) The staff is VERY unfriendly, the postmaster doesn't seem to really care about helping if it requires him to do anything more than standing up from his desk. John, one of the front attendants is extremely rude and one of the least friendly people I've ever had to deal with at a service style company. 3) They have LOST MANY of my packages over the years, more than I can count, to the point where I pay extra to have things shipped to me via any means available that ISN'T USPS. Let me add some context... I purchased a pair of shoes for someone for Christmas and it turns out they didn't fit well so I paid for a prepaid return label (Not at USPS) The return label allowed me to drop off the package at USPS, I did so last week, while dropping off they didn't provide me with ANY form of receipt, even after I asked TWO attendants to confirm this was normal, which they confirmed was normal (come to find out later this is NOT normal). 5 days later and NO progress, or even an acceptance scan showing that USPS was in possession of my return. I've contacted their location a few times trying to get more information about how to fix this issue and they've been ZERO help. I'm now out an expensive pair of shoes, AND a Christmas present for someone special because of these idiots. BEWARE and find another USPS location or shipping service!!!
