Very annoyed today. My mail person pushed a package too large for my mailbox so far back that I had to take a knife and cut it out. I am 75yo standing at a mailbox right on a busy road. Not acceptable. I live in Granada Farms.

Driver's are kind and considerate. They thoughtfully place packages so as to avoid weather damage and take the time to close my gate behind themselves if it's closed when they get there. Employees in store are also very kind. My only complaint here is that the 430 closing time is an absolute joke. These guys are routinely closed at 4pm and have even closed at 330 if no one's in the storefront. We sell online and this messes with our shipping stats since through the week we often cannot get there before 4 to mail packages. I'm really easy going. I don't have an issue with shutting it down early if it's slow. But they do this EVERY. DARN. DAY.

Why am I not getting my mail or getting in days later
Some offices will be closing at noon.
Partially, to the boxes they could get to before 5pm. Hopefully we will be able to get more tomorrow.
