Beware! I had back surgery 2/1/21 and not only was my surgery a failure as I'm still getting shots and taking medicine for it. I paid my max out of pocket to the doctor and prime, after a few months I got a refund check overpayment and I haven't received any kind of bill in probably Six months. Yesterday on 2/8/22 over a year after surgery and months after hearing anything from prime I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owe prime money. This isn't right after I got a refund and then they threaten me with collection letters. Do not use this place unless you want to overpay!

I would like to start by saying "GREAT JOB" I had outpatient neck surgery here on Sept.25 2021 and all I can say is WOW! From the time of entering the door to the time of exit, I felt as if I were at home. I never felt uncomfortable, and the staff was overwhelmingly caring and extremely communicative with everything from start to finish. Every doctor came in with introductions, question answering, and instructions on going forward. Multiple anesthesiologists with different roles throughout the procedure came in to talk to me. My what I call hallway nurse which in reality was my before and after surgical nurse was amazing! And my OR nurse came in introduced herself before the procedure and explained to me that she would be in there from the time I was wheeled in until the time I was complete she even came in and checked on me after. I would definitely recommend prime surgical suite for any outpatient need over paying the big bucks of a hospital with an overnight stay if you do not have to You're in you're out! Your facility is beautiful very clean staff is wonderful Thank you

Had the best experience at Prime Surgery Center. Nurse Shae and Nurse Sandra were the best during my stay. Thank to the both of them for making me feel as comfortable as possible and also thank you for the laughs due to my "broken thumb" iv site. I would recommend this place if you ever have to have an outpatient surgery.

You can go to Google and type in prime surgical center. Then you hit the website button then click the button on the top right corner and you will see were it says patient portal and you can sign up
Stephanie, there is a MyChart portal that you can sign up for. We will have a link sent to your phone.
Debra, A nurse will call you approximately a week prior to your surgery date to review your health history and procedure time. You will need to arrive approximately 1 hour before you procedure time, your surgery could be anywhere from 90 min to 2.5 hours, and recovery is approximately 4-6 hours so your total time at the facility could be close to 10 hours or more. Of course each patient is different and this is only an approximate time. Thank you, Prime Surgical Suites team
