These people do not answer their phone. Have called 12 times staying on a ringing phone for 10 minutes each time. They haven’t delivered my mail in 4 days. The mailbox is not blocked.

when they lose a package they will: ..tell you anything and everything to get you off the phone ..promise callbacks and updates that dont materialize ..for some reason, no matter what person you speak to...the next person you talk to has never heard of the previous person that you spoke with (this is in the same building!) ..we are unfortunately stuck with this post office...so i guess we are screwed.

Could not care less, plan at least an hour to wait in a line where one person slowly meanders behind the counter while you stare at 3 empty positions. Wait that hour to get to the front of the line where you are told they can’t help you. I’ve been trying to get a job at this torture chamber for three years now because I’d love to stand behind a counter all day, be slow and incompetent, and still get paid. Update April 2022! Same slow service! Same obliviously slow person behind the counter who just wants to have a long irrelevant conversation with every person while they desperately try to navigate past this gatekeeper. I’ve never seen blatant incompetence on display for so long without repercussions.

With the pandemic and all the changes the outgoing President made has caused a backlog of mail. If you have a tracking number You can go to the PO and ask to talk to the Post Master or you call the customer service dept. The PO that you mailed it from may have held it also if there was some type of issue as they have gotten extremely strict on enforcing their packaging rules. Hope this helps. If you have any more ? I will answer them to the best of my ability.
