I had to come from out of town for business so my company put me in a hotel. I am a very clean person and terribly scared of bedbugs, lice, fleas, ticks, etc. So needless to say, I was pretty scared. I checked my room and it was very very clean. No bugs in any lining at all. I was pleasantly relieved. My room was on the interstate side. I will say, you do hear the cars go by. I personally, didn't mind. It is a hotel and most are right off highways. Besides, I am a heavy sleeper and find the cars to be a soothing background noise. I cannot sleep with pure silence. I am a little disappointed that I didn't have a microwave and that the fridge was not very cold inside. All in all though, clean and very nice rooms/suites. (I don't know which I was booked for.) Parking was also convenient and well lit. I felt safe here and I feel like that can put my family at ease a little bit. In regards to staff, I didn't have a problem. They were informative and pretty nice. Did I mention- free breakfast. Free food is always a blessing. π

Iβm so disappointed in this hotel that I have to write a review to warn others. I stayed here for two nights on the freeway side of the hotel. Between freeway noise and the loudest air conditioning unit Iβve heard in a long time, I slept horribly (and Iβm a deep sleeper). They leave you earplugs in the room but those are not comfortable for me (and had I known I wouldnβt get good sleep, I would never have booked here!). I asked to switch to another room and there were none available. On top of this, the water pressure in the shower, and the shower head, are terrible. Not the kind of shower I wanted (and needed!) after a long day of work. So, while this is a gorgeous hotel (thus the 2 stars) I cannot recommend it and would never take the chance of having a loud freeway-facing room again (thatβs half the hotel, btw).

Excellent location near major highway and roads. Hot breakfast available in the mornings. Bar available. Many nearby restaurants to choose from. Rooms were cozy. Definitely will come back for next business trip.

I booked for a 2 bed plus sofa bed. Checked in early online. When arriving they handed me the keys just to find out they gave me a 1 bed and a sofa bed only. When I reached out to the receptionist they said thatβs all they could do because they were booked out. My problem is that if I booked a room a month earlier why is it that is not available.? The receptionist claimed that the system overbooked the rooms and the manager said there is a plumbing issues. π€ Who is saying he truth? Receptionist just suggested to leave the hotel., really? I had to wait for the manager for 30 min to get the issue resolved ., or sort of ., because our room was not available. All they offer is a 30% discount and blankets. I appreciate the managers offer, however I donβt appreciate that they did NOT honor our reservation. Iβm so disappointed.
