Beware of bar/grill charges, 64$ charges added to my bill and the front desk clerk was very rude! Said I needed to speak with manager who has not returned my phone call/email message. When I asked clerk his name to report him- he gave me a bogus name. Update as of 7/11/22- Manager Kevin Mousavi stated that he would work on getting refund for charges to my account 2 months ago, as of today- I still have not been refunded. Service continues to go downhill.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and polite. We had an instance where an unruly guest confronted us and was telling us we needed to leave. No matter how politely we tried to diffuse the situation he would not calm down and leave us alone. Luckily, Ana at the front desk stepped in and was able to remove us from the situation and get the guest to return to his room. From this experience, I was shown that this hotel has caring and professional staff and that the management does an excellent job vetting and hiring appropriate staff members. I would highly recommend staying here from this experience alone. Other than that, everything was clean, organized, and professional.

My experience was awful. The rooms look clean but I don't like dirty walls and curtains, curtains you can't close because they are stuck, a microwave that's burnt inside, looks like a big black spider inside the microwave, and the bathtub was disgusting. I was moved from a room that needs fixing to a room that needs painting.

Wonderful hotel in the time of COVID! The room and hotel seemed clean. We had breakfast, and it was hot and fresh (still not as much of a variety as pre-COVID times due to safety precautions, but they are doing great with serving hot breakfast). It was a great place to stay and get going in the morning; I highly recommend it!
