Took my son here for a cough he had for about 2.5 weeks that started to hinder his eating and sleeping doctor checked his lungs with a stethoscope and that was it. didn’t check his lymph nodes, throat ,nose or ears for any swelling or irritation . Wrote a script for cough syrup told me give my son Zyrtec even though I made it very clear he does not have allergies and sent me on my way ( for 5 days ) . This visit just wasn’t thorough . Please take your toddlers to the ER or pediatrician. * update after I was prescribed cough syrup and my son still was struggling throughout the night with coughing fits I rushed him to the ER where he was diagnosed with RSV . Please stay clear of urgent care when it comes to toddlers never again . I would of been giving my child incorrect meds for 5 days all while struggling with a respiratory virus *

Brought my daughter here for removal of a splinter. Supposedly the front desk staff couldn't verify our eligibility because it was Labor Day and wanted a credit card on file for back up billing. We have aetna which is except every office we've ever been to. I've used the same insurance at this urgent care before for myself in the past. I see exactly why they have the rating they do. I would never waste my time again going here

Great experience there. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, the waiting area was nice, the nurse that cleaned my daughter's laceration and PA that glued it were excellent.

My son went there for a bad ear infection. All around his ear was swollen and he was in a lot of pain. When we got there it was a half our before closing the lady at the desk was so rude and the nurse was just as rude. The PA was equally unhelpful. She prescribed ear drops and discharged him. She did not address his pain or the inflamation. Or the fact that he clearly needed an oral antibiotic right away, as the infection had spread. As a matter of fact she did not even feel around his ear. She said he had "pus"We had to go to Wayne Memorial the following day. They gave him oral antibiotics a shot of antiinflamatory pain med and 2 kinds of ear drops. They were nice and professional. The APN explained everything and addressed his discomfort right away as the amount of swelling made him aware of the pain my son was in. I would never go to pocono urgent care again. Also while we were there they did not let me in because i didnt have a mask. They said they only had masks for the pts. That is the most rediculous thing ive heard. As if it came out of her paycheck. Really she was just being rude and giving me a hard time because she was obviously miserable. I guess thats why they have curdled creamers for the coffee as well another I dont care about where i work. I had to go to my car and dig up a mask. I have been an RN for over 20 years. I understand the stress of the job. To treat a client in this way is horrible. It seems everyone is miserable and let people know just how much they hate there job. You would expect this behavior in a fast food place. Not in a medical facility. This place is horrible. While waiting a client was knocking on door the lady at the desk was ignoring her. I said someone is at the door. In a very defensive nasty tone she responded the door is locked we are closed. She did not even get up to tell the client that they were closed. So unprofessional.

Honestly I am close by so I just walk in but I have heard people say I had an appointment and they still wait
They use QuestDiagnostics. There is an app you can download to get test results.
Yes they do. I went there for mine.
