This USPS Branch has refused to Ship my Headphones Internationally, and Accused me that I am shipping Lithium Batteries itself. When I asked for a refund, they refused to Grant My Request. Many people will ask: Can I ship electronics internationally? One of the things that people most often break the rules on is lithium batteries. When you send laptops, smartphones, or other electronic devices through the mail, you may be dealing with lithium batteries. While a ground service is perfectly okay for sending items like this, it's not okay to send them internationally. (Please notice this date: Jan 8, 2019), and another USPS rule: Shipping carriers are not allowed to ship packages containing only lithium batteries or cells to international locations – they must be included inside a product. No markings or documentation are allowed on these international mailpieces. This rule applies to all international as well as APO/FPO/DPO destinations. (Please notice this date: Mar 12, 2021). By the second rule, yes headphones can be shipped internationally only if lithium batteries are placed inside the device and cannot be removed. I do not recommend this USPS branch, they practice malpractice on international shipping.

Bernice is the most miserable rude person I have ever encountered. She seems to enjoy being difficult.

I have had several packages left in rain, packages that barely fit in mail box that had to be torn apart to get out of box, and packages that said delivered that was not delivered. Post office worker/workers are to lazy to walk packages to the storage tote that stay on me porch for above said packages. My porch is less the 200 ft from mail boxes.

No, it's not. The downtown PO is.
Fill out a Change of Address card with the Post Office. The only way to permanently stop mail to an address is to forward it to a different address.
I just googled usps holiday hours. The answer is yes.
