I was driving from augusta to jackson MS, Both front tires on my car were showing wire when I had to pull on the side of the road at 12am, luckily I was able to get a tow and another car in Atlanta but this location needs to me sure their vehicles are clean, properly inspected and maintained.

On 10/8 I scheduled a pick up for my vehicle at 4pm. When I arrived my vehicle wasn’t ready. Although the customer service personnel was very professional I didn’t receive my vehicle until 4:45p. The car I received was a Toyota 4 runner. It was dirty, and had trash in it. While driving to my destination and back the vehicle veered to the right, made loud noises, and the steering wheel was on the steering column crooked. The next day I called to get another vehicle(before my departure time) , and was told to go to the one located at the mall. I went to the mall and the lady told me they didn’t have any cars. I told her I was told by someone over the phone. She claimed i should call the location directly. I told her I tried , and was told they were out of vehicles yesterday. She then said sometimes it’s hard to get in contact with someone at the location and I should drive back over there. I explained to her that I was already behind schedule and wouldn’t be able to because I was driving 2 hours away. I left mad because I had to drive 2 hours away in a car i rented that had a crooked steering wheel column , and made noises. Not safe at all!!! I was put in a predicament I shouldn’t been placed in. Overall the experience was awful!!!!

I enjoyed the rental process it was so easy and the staff was so helpful and dropping off was so simple they emailed my receipt to me and the car was amazing it was a Toyota RAV4 so nice the bells and whistles I enjoyed my smooth ride thank u Budget

I needed a car for my business trip and the whole process was quick and easy. Augusta GA is a small airport so everything from pick up to return (same day) was nice and easy. Staff was friendly so my experience was great!
