Gvapor will NEVER get our business again. My husband has gone there every month, sometimes multiple times a month for years ever since they first opened. Three days ago he bought a new vape and it quit working already. He wanted to just exchange it but he can't find the receipt. Even though we showed them the bank statement where he spent $83 on the 14th, they won't do anything. So from now on we'll be going to Ironton, Ashland, or online. But never Gvapor. To top it off my husband just said the employee that sold it to him was there and remembered selling it, but its the owner that said no receipt no exchange. I get it that small businesses have to protect themselves, but considering all the facts involved this is unacceptable.
