Hi – good question. Yes we do hand dry clean them. We are somewhat limited to how aggressively we can clean them so we always suggest that you have them cleaned before they are very soiled. Once they get very or badly soiled the cleaning process will not be effective. Please call and speak with a service consultant and feel free to send us some pictures of the Rug(s) in question. Yes. There is a very nice discount on our cleaning services when you bring your rugs and carpets to our facility. When you arrive, we will take the rugs out of your vehicle and bring them into our facility – you do not have to lift or move anything.
