AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unprofessional staff, long waits to do a simple drop off and they act like you are inconveniencing them by your mere presence. No receptionist, this should’ve been a 5 minute process to drop off and pay a copay, but turned into almost an hour. I should’ve listened to the other negative reviews. And the same standard response to all the negative reviews shows a lack of care by the management. Go to another lab for your medical needs.

Your AUTOMATED SYSTEM to make an appointment is a JOKE. HALF AN HOUR and the dumb computer could not understand the spelling of the name. And then DISCONNECTED. WASTE OF TIME AND AGGRAVATION so QUEST can SAVE MONEY for a live operator. COMPLETE FAIL!

Very positive experience considering the negative reviews seen here.Took my online appointment way ahead of the date and checked in with ease on arrival.Clean and neat place and superb checking in experience(just scan your QR code with the email they send you).It wasn't crowded at all when I arrived for my morning appointment and the technician was kind enough to call me in as soon as 2 mins.Professional and warm experience getting my blood collected.I was out in less than 5 mins.Overall very happy with my experience at Quest Diagnostics.Recommend this lab.

Do not go here, the workers are completely incompetent and seem like they have no training whatsoever. A simple drop-off should not take a full hour, with half the time being sitting there waiting for someone to show up at the front desk.
