Super annoyed that I have a charge posted to my bank account for product that was out of stock. I ordered and received 3 out of the 4 line items with same day delivery on October 5th. The original total was $79.94. The next day, my bank account adjusted to the correct total of $55.56. Now, a week later, I have a posted charge of $24.38. I called the store on Wednesday and they gave me the 800#. The 800 # only show the one charge and not the other. Fortunately, my bank credited my account back and will do their investigation. It was truly annoying that with my concern and obvious displeasure with Michael's, the store manager that was in that day, never got on the phone to talk to me personally. She had her staff handle the call. As a manager of restaurants and retail locations, I always handled an unhappy guest and never put my employees in uncomfortable situations. I will never order online from Michael's again.

Lots of deals running throughout the year on different products and coupons are always available. Shelves are well stocked. Staff are kind and helpful. This is my goto for art supplies.
