Check in and check out is so easy, and I like that you have a code to get in and out after a certain time, so just anyone can't walk in. Nurses could be a little friendlier but I do understand they have alot to do.

My daughter and I went to visit my grandmother and when we walked in it spelled like very strong urine. No one spoke to us and even one of the cna’s came in her room and didn’t even speak to us. Not even a hello not even a kiss my grits. Not very pleased to have my grandma in there but we all have to do what we have to and every one is short handed. I just hope when we leave she isn’t neglected.

Clean facility; good nursing staff; excellent nursing aids: food good; physical therapists made a special effort to help improve mobility and self care; family never saw or had a call from the doctor: Administrators helpful but could never give a timeline that the insurance would have or how much we would be charged.

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
