We stayed here a quick few hours after a concert in the area. The room was great, clean & comfy. My only complaint was the check in process done via video chat….took way too long.

Please do not stay here!!!!! We booked (and PAID FOR) this hotel a few months ago as a stop on our way to Yellowstone. We have done all our hotel bookings through Hotels.com without any problems for several years. When we arrived at the hotel today at 7:30 pm, we were told that: “ Your reservation has been canceled through your booking party provider”(translation: hotels.com cancelled your reservation), Which was a blatant lie. After speaking with the nice folks from Hotels.com, we were told that this particular hotel routinely does this, and they do so because when people book directly through them “ They get reimbursed quicker and likely at a better rate”. We were able to get refunded, however this doesn’t take into account the hassle of having to find a new hotel at 8 o’clock at night during the busy late spring travel season. I noticed that a few people have posted reviews with similar experiences, And the hotel’s response is your generic “ Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will work on blah blah blah blah blah blah blah”. Obviously they are not “working on it”, and have no intention to do so.

I have traveled quite a bit over the course of my career. I come to Boise on a regular basis. I have stayed at Marriott, Hilton and BW. This particular property provides the most comfortable business stay at a moderate price. It's newer, clean and located near plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. It's close enough to the interstate, but off the freeway enough to be in town. I've stayed here twice and will do so again.

One of our favorite hotels to stay at! Love this place front desk staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfy always smell good. It’s got everything you would want and need for a good nights rest.
