Bought my appliances here. Worst shopping experience I've ever had. Can't even complain because if you ask for a supervisor they hang up on you. If you call the 800 number that they tell you you have to use to find a supervisor it directs you to the store where they hang up on you. Had an original delivery date no called No show. Had to reschedule delivery date no call no show. Had a third delivery date no call no show. Try to get a hold of a supervisor they hang up on you. They have flat out refused to give me a supervisor or a manager or the general manager or regional manager or any type of management whatsoever anytime I've asked. Blatantly say no I'm not getting you them and hang up the phone. I will never shop at the store again and you should think about going somewhere with better customer service too.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE!! My husband and I are expecting and we finally had the ability to buy new appliances. Our dishwasher doesn't work and our other appliances are in dire need for replacement. We went to home depot and purchased a set at the end of May with ease and the sales person was friendly. However, they weren't able to deliver till the end of June. Excited, we paid for a gas line to be ran as we got a gas stove, my husband took the day off work (unpaid), and on delivery day... NOTHING! No call No show! You can't get a hold of the delivery company and when you call Home Depot, they state that they are aware of the situation and trying to terminate their contract. However, upon reading reviews, this has been an ongoing issue for a long time. The only thing they offered was a full refund. (Doesn't solve the issue. Just makes it go away for then quicker) They didn't ask for my information or even try to problem solve this situation. Now we are out over 5k, we are going to get a refund and go somewhere else. But we still have no appliances and a baby on the way. I will never do business with Home Depot again.

Very busy. The workers are very helpful, they where so helpful, when we got back to our lumber cart that took us all of 1hr to load with different sizes of lumber and door/ Hardware for our project...it was gone. So I looked around the store and final found the cart with only my door and jamb extension on the cart. I asked the door guy and he said (Lumber) thought it was a return and unloaded the rest of the cart and brought the door back to their department. So I had to do it all over again.

Great store for your home and yard needs. Beautiful flowers this year. Great help in the garden department 😊 Get to planting, great fun and healthy for US and the environment 🌺
