Horrible customer service, they absolutely do not care about their customers. They have made getting my new wheelchair and getting it properly working extremely difficult! They failed to put it together correctly in the first place resulting in me falling out of it on the playground hitting my arm and head. Absolutely avoid this place if possible!

This place and the service has gone down hill tremendously. We have used norco for all of my sons medical needs since he was born, almost 8 years now. This is approximately $1200 per month they are getting from us. Now, since the begining of October we cannot seem to get our ostomy supplies in the correct (or any quantity)....I feel l that the root of the problem are poorly trained employees who don't know what they are doing. We have never had problems like we have this past month and a half. And nobody cares. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible.

I had to call in today to get some much needed help with my bipap machine. I didn't have an appointment but Ashley graciously fit me into her schedule and patiently went through all my machine stats both current and prior, adjusting my settings to better meet my needs and refitted me for a new mask. Awesome service, awesome knowledge base, just a wonderful experience!

It maybe the fit of your mask. You could have air escaping around the nose area causing your eyes to dry out. Take an old clean t-shirt and trace your mask on it.I usually trace a little larger than the mask. Cut it out. Fold it in half. Find approximately the center and cut out a small piece. This is where you will put your face in on the mask. Cut very small. The material will stretch. Put the material on the mask. Look and see how it fits and make small adjustments. This should help the msk fit better. If it still leaks take a wash cloth fold it in half and then in half again length wise, so you have a long strip. Place this and lay it on the top of your head starting at the crown of your head. With the t-shirt material on your mask put it on. Holding the mask in place with one hand, pull the straps into place putting the wash cloth underneath the straps. You may need to make minor adjustments but this should stop any air from escaping.
