Had a fantastic weekend stay at this Residence Inn Hotel with my family! Upon check in, the guy at the front desk was super welcoming, answered our questions and also a very funny guy too, it was a very smooth check in process! And free parking is nice too! Our King bedroom #324 was excellent! Very clean upon arrival, the room has a nice modern appearance, it has power outlets and USB ports all over the room, a pull out couch for the kids, and the best part: it has a full kitchen with GE appliances in case you don’t want to be eating out all the time. The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The Samsung TV has a good amount of channels to watch, and you can swivel to different parts of the room which is cool. Our room also had a decent window view of NYC with the One World Trade Center peaking thru, but I’m sure the higher floors have a better view than us. The bathroom is large, and the shower is really nice, however, one small annoyance, adjusting and turning on/off the shower is very confusing, one way says off, but it doesn’t turn off until you turn it all the way around the other way… the instructions on the handle for the shower are misleading and confusing. The hotel amenities were great too! The indoor pool is small but decent and clean, and it can be crowded especially on a Saturday night with families taking a dip, but early in the morning when it opens at 7am is the best bet when no one is there so you can have the whole pool to yourself. Fitness center is nice as well and has great workout equipment. Guest Laundry is only $1.50, not bad. Breakfast was great too, it’s free, and it has pancakes, eggs, sausage, and healthy items too! And a nice coffee bar to get you up in the morning! Lobby is also very modern and inviting, and outside, it has a front door access to all the shops and restaurants in the mall, and a nice patio with seats and a fireplace and a BBQ grill for cookouts. Overall the stay was superb! We needed a hotel close to the American Dream Mall and the MetLife Stadium, and we felt we hit the jackpot with this hotel! We will definitely be booking here again if we come back to Jersey! *Attached to this review, I have a lot of photos I took of this property, take a look!

Perfect hotel. Great restaurants near by and the free breakfast had something for everyone. The free coffee was good and there is a Dunkin about 20' away. It was a 5 minute walk to the bus station that took 20 minutes to get you to the city. 5 minutes from met life, but was in a nice quite location for the family. I will be staying here for any trips going forward and highly recommend.

Our family stayed for 4 nights, They never came to clean them. We will not change the towels unless we bring them to the front desk. The breakfast was good, but we couldn't replenish the products in time due to lack of manpower. Everyone was amazed and waited for eggs, coffee, bananas, and milk to be replenished. <Breakfast content> Fruit = apple, banana, orange Yogurt Scrambled eggs Boiled egg Pork sausage salsa Serial Uncooked oatmeal milk Bread, bagels, muffins Laundry = $ 1.50 (cheaper than other hotels)

I spent days looking for hotels and reading reviews. I have stayed at several hotels when visiting New York and was never happy. This was the Best hotel I have stayed in when visiting. The Price, location and size of the rooms/bathroom was great. The hotel was clean, quiet and walkable distance to a variety of shops. The free parking and breakfast was a bonus. Definitely already planning another trip back to NY in a few weeks and we will be staying here! The lady at the check in was the sweetest person and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick Family trip with a great hotel made it is always a Win on a Moms list!
