My niece and I were doing handstands and I accidentally kicked my dog and my heel hit his k9. They kept saying dog bite after I told them no it's not a bite. I didn't know he was behind me and my foot caught his k9. I got a call from ACC super nice guy who said urgent care said you got bit by your dog. I told him no I did not and told him what happened. My dog is now in quarantine for 10 day. I don't appreciate that ACC was told it was a dog bite especially when i told them what happened when you can clearly tell it's not. I never write bad review but this is too close to my heart not too. So wrong for them saying to ACc that my dog bit me!

I had some shoulder pain that was concerning. From the time that I walked in, everyone was extremely attentive. Kudos to the nurse, CMA, and physician who quickly cared for me. As an RN, I appreciate the attention to detail, quick response and great communication. Thank you!!

Visited for COVID like symptoms and Georgette roomed and triaged me. She was an absolute delight and so sharp, catching everything I described and attending to my concerns as she pulled double duty as an XRay tech too! She made the experience great from the getgo. The facility was also able to address me promptly as I had scheduled the visit in advance. David did really well too - He was thorough and this was a 5 star experience.

When I contact my employer to tell them I will be tardy, I do so before operating ours. Typically in the form of an email and sometimes by changing my voicemail message just incase I miss a call. It’s a good practice you should try it. -On behalf of everyone waiting at the door this morning.
