Eleanor Health has experience working with all different types of individuals and our passionate, diverse teams are here for anyone affected by addiction. We offer free online support groups for members of the LGBTQIA & BIPOC communities as well as first responders, pregnant individuals in need of addiction treatment, older adults who may require more intensive medical support, and individuals who are at any point in their recovery journey.

Eleanor Health is not just a mental health and addiction treatment center. We can help you find pregnancy/OBGYN care, peer support, nutrition & wellness programs, and access to other community resources.

If you missed your appointment or something came up and you have to reschedule - no worries! Things happen! Call the clinic as soon as you can so we can reschedule the appointment in a timely manner and make sure we stay on track with your recovery journey.

An outpatient rehab program offers treatment for drug & alcohol use that can be customized to meet your recovery goals, allows the flexibility to schedule treatment around work & home life schedules, and is oftentimes less expensive than inpatient treatment. Outpatient programs are customized to each community member's unique needs and offer an array of services including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual & group therapy, psychiatric care, and peer support specialists.

At Eleanor Health, we never want cost to be a barrier to care. Dear AJ it depends I was very sick I had to go to a rehab 8 days not like the 7th floor it's not a vacation so it depends on how sick you are I've been been to many inpatient out patient I I thought I was no chance of not being able to stop I had no hope I didn't believe I could feel better but I feel great even stopped cigarette's because of Neil Guffney he understands and he is the best I would for sure be dead if it wasn't for him so go ahead I was bad off really bad off NEIL is only one that doesn't have a Preset opinion if it wasn't for him I would not go to Ellenor this man is intelligent so go get better I'm going to pray for you
