Visionworks in Matthews was wonderful! When we arrived we were greeted and taken over the the children's glasses section. The associate helped my daughter pick out great frames for her face. While we were looking, they took our insurance card and looked up what benefits/discounts we had. When we sat down to order, all options and pricing were explained. Her glasses arrived a week later. Great experience!

Someone else was seen before me even though I was there first. When my contacts came in pick up was lask and very rude. Also arguing with a customer while others were being helped is unprofessional.

Went there for service. They were busy. I was told someone would call to follow up and I never heard back. Not great customer service .
