The staff was very nice. The young lady working directly with the dentist made me feel very comfortable. I have asthma and the bit the put in the mouth for X-rays made it hard to breath at times, but she was very patient giving me time to catch my breath. The dentist himself listened and gave me a chance to ask questions. I really appreciated that because my last dentist wasn’t very good at doctor patient dialogue.

No, they do not! I had a $650 flipper made to keep my smile while my front tooth was removed and the spot readied for an implant. No insurance...I was saving the insurance for the implant. The flipper did not fit right. It was too wide for my mouth and pushed the molars it rested on out of line. The metal hook holders landed on the top of my molars so that every time I chewed the impact hit the tooth in that one spot. Dental Works of Matthews claimed the flipper fit correctly...wanted to charge me another $650 to make a new one....came to down to $150 for a new one and I refused. They did not make a flipper that fit but would not correct it. I wear the fllipper in public and in private it sits in a box otherwise I have constant pain from the pressure of the ill fitting piece. Do they stand by their work if something goes wrong? NO THEY DO NOT!
In the shopping center near Bed, Bath & Beyond. Be prepared for the hygentist to try to sell you a lot of expensive products.
Probably best to call the office to get the most accurate information about the services they provide. I only receive service at this location for myself and take my daughter to a practice elsewhere that is specifically for children.

I do believe they do. Dr Patel is the best dentist in my 58 years. Give them a call. The staff is so awesome.
