Currently staying here for an extended stay. Door keys not working most of the time. We've asked for replacements but still having the same issue. Bearable. Very limited cable channel. Internet TV not working for days now, so NO netflix, prime, youtube. Front desk not helping. These little entertainment is just so important when you want to destress after a loong stressful day. Just going to stare at the wall. Not coming back here.

Positive: The young woman checking us in was very kind! This hotel was perfectly spacious and clean, in a great and safe feeling location, and was such a great value! I will definitely be staying here again during my next trip to Fresno. Negative: No! Everything was great. The deposit of $250 was a bit much, but was refunded immediately upon check out.

I really enjoyed this place - not sure why so many negative reviews. My room was very clean, comfortable beds, came fully stocked (which I didn't even know) with pots/pans/cups/plates/utensils, etc. Dishwasher, microwave, mini fridge... The landscaping was nice, unfortunately some other guests threw their trash around but I won't hold that to the hotel. Pet friendly, a beautiful pool, didn't feel like a sketchy area to me as another reviewer called it. They even had a full info sheet for pet parents of resources and information where to find the nearest pet hospitals/stores which I found to be a really nice touch. I checked in late with Derek and he was all smiles and got me checked in with no problem. Will be coming back here if I ever find myself back in Fresno. Thanks!
