Stole my card information, tried to douplicate charges. Denied my prepaid reservation for a friend evading a domestic abuse situation and refused to refund.

It’s not a very good hotel to go unless you have no other option. 1. The area isn’t the best with drugs being ran in and out of there 2. You might find the occasional roach crawling around in your room (I did) 3. the bed sheets weren’t clean. I wouldn’t recommend people go over here if there are other options

There are 6 channels on their tv you are charged for dirt on their towels in a room that hasn’t been swept or mopped or wiped. It smells the sheets weren’t clean. The shower is broken. The Wi-Fi does not work. Was so disgusted I left today even though I paid. You people should be shut down. Bugs broken air conditioner why the hell do you charge 100$ for trash like this ?

The mattress (memory foam-king ) was very comfortable. Better than my mattress at home. The pillows were excellent. I brought my own but I didn't end up using it. At first glance, the room had a few appearance issues (needed some paint here & there, desk had a few dings on the surface) but my husband & I were looking for a place to stay under $100 for one night with just the basics. The shower was excellent. Minimal toiletries, but adequate for less than 12 hours. We appreciated the security guard at night. Air conditioner worked well. We were there mid July 2021. Great room for a basic motel. We refused to spend over $150 for a room in Clovis.
