I am an employee of another hotel of this same brand. The daily rates for the hotel are WAY too expensive for the quality of room and the amenities of the hotel. The room was relatively clean, the beds were decent, and the sheets smelled fresh, but that is about as enthusiastic as I can get about it. Needless to say, if I wasn't getting employee rates, I would not have stayed at this hotel. A reason not to return, though is because the hotel is in a super bad neighborhood; in fact, it's in such a bad neighborhood that while there, my car was broken into. The parking lot is well light and there are cameras that cover the whole lot, but the management there, however, was extremely reluctant to and so far has indicated that they will not review the footage even though it would take somewhere in the ball park of 2 hours to review at 3x speed over the 6-ish hour time frame the burglary must've taken place. So now in dealing with the disappointment of dealing with and accounting for missing items, a damaged car, and the hassle of police and insurance reports, we are met with resistance from the management. This sort of service and assistance would not fly at the hotel I am employed at.

Positive: Have stayed in a lot of hotels but this by far is the best. The room was really nice, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was awesome. Will definately stay there again if I am in Fresno Negative: No, everything was great
