Do NOT take your babies to this vet. They will not fill medication - which my dog needs to be on BEFORE getting in the car and going to the vet. They are over priced , rude , and wk NOT allow you in the exam rooms which is NOT how it use to be . These liberals are NOT concerned with Covid ( we all know that was a scam ) but they want to price gauge you to the MAX ! Run DON’T walk

When I first started going here the quality and service was great. but over the year the service has went down slightly. This last situation pushed me to the edge. I took my dog in on a Monday with a concern with her breathing and thinking that she was congested. I first was placed with a doctor that I was not familiar with and I'm not sure that she stated upon entering the room. After the service she told me that my dog had inflammation around her lungs that was determined from a X-ray and that she was sending blood test out. I asked her that day about the nasal spray that I was using and could I continue and she never answered the question. I called back on Tuesday to follow up about the nasal spray and the test result and was told that I would get a call back by the end of the day or the next day which was today. when I didn't receive a call back today I called at 5:00 to follow up and was told that I would again give my number and be put in for a call back. at this point I had texted ( which it gives you the option on the app and they never respond), emailed them 4 hours prior to calling and still didn't get a response and called and still didn't get a answer to my simple question to try and give my dog some relief since she was given medicine for congestion instead of the inflammation that was around her lungs. I love Dr. Cooper and for some reason continue to be placed with other vets upon requesting to be seen by Dr. Cooper. I would love to stay under the service of Dr. Cooper but if things don't turn around with this place I will be relocating my services elsewhere.

I brought my 8 month old Rottweiler in for a vaccination, and they separated him from me for the exam (which to me is the equivalent of taking your child to the pediatrician and then having them whisked away out of your sight — COVID is not an excuse when none of the staff even wear masks.) When they came to get him, the techs were crouching down and leaning over him, which was the first sign to me that this visit would go poorly. The vet then told me that she couldn’t examine him enough to feel comfortable vaccinating him as he was showing “precursors to biting.” I offered to let them examine him in my presence, which she declined. They claim that they’re a “force free” practice — I would argue if you truly want to be force free, you should allow the animals to remain in the presence of their trusted human. They then charged me for the full price of an exam. In summary: my dog (who is in advanced obedience classes and has never shown a hint of aggression previously) was somehow incredibly stressed behind closed doors, and I then was charged full price for services I did not receive. Large breed dog owners, I would take your business to one of the other vets in town.

Literally the worst possible place you could take your animal!!! Dr Beagle was our vet for more than 10 years. She was amazing, and the other vets and staff were an incredible group of caring and talented people. Everything changed. Dr E sold practice corporate entity- Quality of care plummeted! Then even she left. Huge staff turnover. Poorly trained vet techs caused severe infection in my cat, by doing procedures they shouldn’t be doing alone/ without a vet, and with no communication with the vet! However they lead the patient to think that vets are consulting with the techs during the procedures! Appointment booked with Dr E for elderly cat-Yet when appointment arrives a different vet walks in. With no previous history or knowledge of care. No notice or call to patient to inform of the change- Forced to book another appointment specifically with Dr. E. Was billed for additional appointment. Dr E Treated the infection at no cost due to fault, but then left the practice before the follow up appointment, and even left a week before the date she said she was leaving. Follow up appointment was then with a temporary traveling vet- so because there was no knowledge of previous infection and treatment it was hardly a follow up appointment. Place is pit of disorganization, unprofessionalism and incompetence. They change policy and prices with no notice, and no informed consent. They do not care about your animals only $$$$$$$$$$ Go anywhere else!!
