I’ve been here for just under a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. No gimmicks, no ego, and better pricing than any of the gyms around here. If you want a place where you can hit a bag for 30 minutes at a premium this isn’t your spot. If you want a place where you can develop into a technical fighter, while getting in great shape, I recommend BBG.

One of the great workouts in Lake Wylie. I have done 9 Rounds and Title Boxing, they are geared towards fitness and not technique. At Brooklyn's Boxing gym, you get kickboxing technique and way more fitness! Coach Flamm rocks it!!

There is no real age limit for parental supervision. Sessions are about 45 mins.most parents drop their kids off and pick up later.
