These stars are for Dr. Liu and his nurse. I have had several PCD with the group over 9-10 years. This doctor is by far the greatest. He is so friendly and down to earth, he is very prompt, and open to listening to my opinion, he and his nurse follow up! (I missed something from a few months ago and they realized I did and handled it for me), he is not judgmental and I feel I can be completely honest with him, he takes mental health seriously, treating the whole person mind body etc.. , I can’t say enough about him and his team. Dr Liu please never leave! Also he has the best laugh and his spirit is so comforting! Dr Liu you are the best! A breath of fresh air in this ever changing healthcare rollercoaster.

The worst experience ever with the front desk Customer Service!!! I was late ( 11 mints) my appt was at 1:15, I got stuck in traffic from work 1:26pm walk in. The Older lady in the front desk greet me instead of asking for my insurance told me that they don't accept Medicaid? They could not see me!!! Have about you ask the right questions to update my Ins. Policy! I love Doctor Bianca I've seeing her for several years now, but this lady in Cust. Service needs to be more cordial or simply retired, if you don't want to be there.

Been going to this office for a little over 6 months. Dr. Liu is wonderful! All of the front office staff and medical assistants are kind and very helpful. Lab folks are awesome as well. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews except maybe these folks were just having bad days and decided to allow that to affect their reviews. I’ve never had any issues with staff, prescriptions, follow up calls, or billing. Being a Caromont employee myself, I find myself to be a bit more critical of doctors and their offices. There is nothing wrong with this office.
