Sales person lied about what plan we needed. Said we needed the top plan in order to trade in our devices. Also said they only offer total device protection now and don't offer just the basic device protection. Upgraded and called Verizon and found out I was completely lied to by this sales person.

Colton worked with me was extremely nice, I got angry at him due to problems of my own and he was still nice. He tried to help me with my problem as best as possible and was always straight to the point. Would recommend

Good customer service. The employees will try to upsell you on every phone accessory in the store (which is understandable since it’s their job). My main issue is that I was charged $10 more than the listed price for the phone I was getting. I know “Cellular Sales” isn’t technically a Verizon store, but the signs on the front say otherwise. I was halfway through the transaction when the sales person punched in the price $10 higher than what is listed at Verizon or in the Apple store. They refuse to match the listed price. $10 wasn’t worth leaving over, but I won’t be doing business at this location again. Better to just go directly to Apple or a “real” Verizon store in the future.

Tee and Yul were very helpful with fixing our bill to the correct amount. They were patient with us and took the time to understand our situation and work with us to fix our problems. We will definitely be returning to this store before any others to make sure to get the best customer service.

Questions & Answers

Why doesn't Verizon have chairs that handicapped people can sit on? With a MINIMUM wait if 20 minutes, everytime I go in, I find it very hard, if not impossible, to stay there.

They need more than 2 slow service agents there. They should have 2 more agents just for mobile phone problems. I waited 30 mins with 10 names before me when I walked out. Where was the supervisor?
