Now I remember why I stopped ordering from this location. Website estimate of delivery time inaccurate said 25 minutes was 55 minutes. Food was cold but order was accurate. Delivery instructions were followed. Did not manage expectations.

If I could give zero I would. Twice I've ordered from Pizza Hut in the last year and both times took more than an hour over what what estimated on normal nights, not special occasions or holidays or even in high traffic hours. They do not answer the phone when you call to ask what is going on and there is not accountability. If you're ok with "warm: pizza delivered way late, enjoy. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

The Fact That I Spent $51.85 For Some Breakstick That Feels Like They’ve Been Left In The Air Dryer Too Long !!!! They had My Marinara CUP STUCK TO MY BREADSTICKS….. Cinnamon STICKS WAS SO SLIMY AND HORRIBLE !!!! THE PIZZA WAS BURNT AND SOGGY IDK HOW AND FOR an 1hr&40 Min WAIT YALL NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP I WILL BE THERE SOON AS I LEAVE this HOTEL

I HATE this location!! They are HORRIBLE! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered delivery, a Pan Cheese half and Pepperoni half…. 1. It is COMPLETELY burnt. 2. This is NOT pan crust. I am missing 5 sauces, the Parmesan cheese and the red peppers, which I paid an additional $7 for. ☹️ 3. NO ONE at the store is answering the phone. So I cannot ask for it to be re-made. A TOTAL waste of $36.61! 😡😡 I will drive the 35minutes from JTown to the 7509 Preston Highway Pizza Hut location- THEY ARE BETTER!!
